Yates Fitness & Health offers a unique form of personal training in their private gym for 1-2-1 or small group sessions. Our private gym allows our clients to train independently with their trainer away from a busy gym.

At Yates Fitness & Health we pride ourselves on helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Our Personal Trainer Luke Yates holds a degree in Sports and Exercise for Health and competes internationally as a member of the England karate team; making him uniquely qualified to deliver high quality personal training and help his clients achieve their fitness and sporting ambitions.
